Mr. Vinay Thakur is presently working as Chief Operating Officer (COO), National e-Governance Division (NeGD) and Senior Director (Research), Digital India Corporation (DIC), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY). Shri Thakur has more than 25 years of experience in implementing IT and e-Governance Projects. Shri Thakur has done Masters from Delhi College of Engineering in Computer Science. Shri Thakur has implemented many e-Governance projects comprising of Land Records Computerisation NREGA workflow, Mobile based Fertilizer Monitoring System. He also looks after National Center of Geo-informatics (NCoG), Ministry of Electronics & IT. Shri Thakur has published around 30 papers on e-Governance, Land records and Social impacts of e-Governance projects and guided around 60 MCA / MTech / B.E. students.

Mr. Satya Vir Singh is working as a Pr. Research Scientist in Digital India Corporation and handling various projects in the area of Healthcare and Livelihood Enhancement using under ICT.He is M. Tech (IT), M.Sc.(Computer Science) having more than 12 years of experience of executing various projects. He had worked as computer programmer with All India Institute of Medical Sciences in a health care project for 2 years. He has also attended different conferences/seminars related to ICT intervention for common man. His areas of experiences are as A standard approach for analysis and design of Health Information System/ EHR/EMR/EPR in Indian environment; Studied the challenges of healthcare deliveries in rural areas at Ballabhgarh, Haryana with AIIMS; Development and Implementation of ICT application for common man using handheld devices; establishment of ICT Based resource Centre in the rural areas.

Mr. Takkar has more than 11 years of experience in information and communication technologies (ICT). He holds a master degree in information technology and bachelor degree in electronics & communication engineering. He has also done a PG diploma in embedded systems & design. He is holding post of Pr. Research Scientist at Digital India Corporation (Formerly Media Lab Asia), Ministry of Electronics & IT, Govt. of India. He has experience in implementing the projects with the objective of application of technologies for education and empowerment of persons with disabilities in collaboration with premier R&D and academic institutions and NGOs. He has worked on projects viz. Text to Speech Engines, Speech Recognizers, Screen Reading Software, Text-to-Braille / Braille-to-Text Converters, Pictorial / Icon based Communication Software, Daily Living Aids, Assessment Tool for Children with Disabilities, Web Portal in Disability field etc. He has participated in various National & International seminars & conferences and presented technologies in disability field. For last one year, he is also working on projects for empowerment & livelihood enhancement of women artisans.

Mr Anshul is having 9+ years of experience in IT sector. He has been working with Digital India Corporation as Principal Software Developer since last 8 years in development and deployment of ICT based technologies and solutions and managing different projects. He has also worked with IIM Ahmedabad as a Research Associate under the Guidance of Prof Sanjay Verma and Prof Anil Gupta and with National Institute of Design as Assistant Engineer for the development and deployment of Web based software/solutions.He has been involved in development of MLAsia project ‘Interactive Information Dissemination System (IIDS)’ for requirement analysis, design and Implementation and customization of the project in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Meghalaya.

Dr. Hrishikesh Kumar Singh One of the Co-Coordinator, is working with Digital India Corporation as Sr. Research Scientist. He has more than 10 years of experience in research &development in area of ICT in Agriculture and project implementation. He has received both M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Seed Science and Technology. He has published 3 journal paper and 7 popular article/ conference papers. He has worked as Other Project Coordinator in eSagu system (An IT-based Personalized Agricultural Advisory System) which has got several recognitions. Dr. Singh has worked as CoPI in the Project “Development of a set of alternative ICT models based on a study and analysis of the major ICT initiatives in agriculture in India to meet the information need of the Indian farmers” funded by ICAR under NAIP project. He has worked as Other Project Coordinator in “Gramin Gyan Kendra” (Establishment of IT based nine GyanKendras, multimedia based contents on Agri, Handicraft etc. and agriculture information services for Eastern Uttar Pradesh

Ajai Kumar Singh is working as Director in SIRD-Yuva Grameen Vikas Samiti. He has done Diploma in NGO Management from Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Ahmadabad, Gujarat and B. Sc (BZC Group) from V. B. S. Purvanchal University, Jaunpur (U.P.). He has 18 Years experience in different rural & urban field and health, capacity building & awareness sector including 15 Years Youth & women empowerment, rural sanitation, entrepreneurship development, capacity building family planning and reproductive child health & Nutrition, community development programmed, 3 Years working experience as a programme Coordinator Gramin Gyan Kendra, Basani govern by IT-BHU & project funded by Digital India Corporation, Govt. of India, 7 year works as a Project Coordinator in Rural Information Technology Development Centre at Varanasi. Project Funded By Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India and 1 year working experience as a programme coordinator Dhyutidhara Centre for Livelihood Upgradation (DCLU) Funded by – National Council of Rural Institute (NCRI) Govt. of India). Mr Pradeep is having more than 16 years of experience in different organizations. He holds a master degree in computer applications and bachelor degree in Information Technology. He is looking after the web designing updation activities in Digital India Corporation. He has been intensively involved in various deployment & training on CHIC Software in various clusters viz Varanasi, ShahpurJat - Delhi, Farukabad - UP. He has been involved in various activities for customization of the CHIC CAD software.

Ms. Poonam Prasad is working as Software Developer at Digital India Corporation. She has experience in Core PHP, Joomla MVC, Yii Framework, Mysql, javascript, css & jquery.
